Hot and cold water both have their own benefits. A perfect way to wash your hair would be: Start with lukewarm water and massage your hair after applying our natural shampoo. We use Australia Post e-parcel, your order will be dispatched first working day after order placement. This means that you can expect a delivery in 2 to 4 days (depending on where in the country it is going), and up to 7 for Western Australia! We take great pride in our speedy & affordable service : )

Please ensure the correct post codes are entered and if you're in an office building, please add your company name to avoid a package delay. If for any reason you do enter the wrong address, this can slow down delivery but Australia Post will eventually return it to us!

What if my package goes missing?
Australia Post has a 2-4 week time frame to find your package if it is lost or stuck in transit. If you are concerned, please let us know so we can lodge an investigation with Australia post and assign a case number for the missing parcel.
If the package was delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will happily resend it. But please be aware that there is a $9.99 postage fee for this service!
