    We know you're keen to get your hands on these new skincare products, so we have free standard shipping for all Australian orders :D

  • When will I receive my order?

    We use Australia Post e-parcel, your order will be dispatched first working day after order placement. This means that you can expect a delivery in 2 to 4 days (depending on where in the country it is going), and up to 7 for Western Australia! We take great pride in our speedy & affordable service : )

    Please note Australia Post does not operate on weekends and the above does not apply to weekend orders. Shipping deadlines are also subject to change depending on the season, so please make sure you're ordering in time for your event! Shipping during peak periods and holidays can be delayed by up to 48 hours for orders with Australia Post.

    Delivery timeframes can vary over busy public holiday periods due to overwhelming demand on postal services. Thank you for your understading!

  • How do I track my order?

    When you order is dispatched, we'll send an email with your tracking number. To track where it's at, and when to expect delivery day of arrival use the Australia Post website from a link in that same email!

  • What happens if I entered the wrong delivery information?

    Aww, it's always a good idea to double-check your order before you submit that last step. The best part is: mistakes are easily fixed! If an error has occurred, contact our support team at any time and we'll be happy to help out as soon as possible.

    Unfortunately, we can not change any order information once your order has been processed. So contact us before the next business day to avoid any disappointment.

    Please ensure the correct post codes are entered and if you're in an office building, please add your company name to avoid a package delay. If for any reason you do enter the wrong address, this can slow down delivery but Australia Post will eventually return it to us!

  • What if my package goes missing?

    Australia Post has a 2-4 week time frame to find your package if it is lost or stuck in transit. If you are concerned, please let us know so we can lodge an investigation with Australia post and assign a case number for the missing parcel.

    If the package was delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will happily resend it. But please be aware that there is a $9.99 postage fee for this service!

  • If you cannot ship the product I've purchased?

    In the rare event that we are not able to send the items you have purchased, instead of delaying your package, you'll be sent all the items that are available and receive a refund for what is unavailable. Don't worry - you'll know about it through email before our team goes ahead with this plan!
