Face Wash: Apply to wet hands and lather with water. Gently massage onto your face and rinse well with water. Use once or twice daily.
Face Moisturiser: Apply daily - day or night to face and decolletage in gentle circular massaging motion in upward and outward direction after cleansing.
Hand Wash: Pump product twice into your hands. Rub hands together for at least 30 seconds ensuring total coverage with lather including nails and thumbs. Rinse well with water. Use as often as needed.
Hand Lotion: Apply daily, day or night, or as often as needed, especially after cleansing or exfoliating. Pump some product onto the skin of your hands and massage until all the cream has been absorbed. Use as often as desired to moisturise hands and keep them feeling soft and smooth.

Can I cleanse my face without moisturizing?
While you do want to clean your face with a face cleanser, try to avoid over stripping the skin with its natural oils or causing it to become dry. A dry face is a result of not moisturizing it properly. Therefore, it is recommended to hydrate your face with a gentle and the best face moisturiser Australia has to offer especially after using your face wash from our skincare set.
How do you properly wash your face?
Our skincare sets contains the two most essential face care products - face wash and face moisturiser. Apply our tea tree face wash to wet hands and lather with water. Gently massage onto your face and rinse well with water. Use once or twice daily. To keep the face feeling soft and moisturized, follow with our Australian Natives - Natural Daily Face Moisturiser.
How long should you wait to moisturize after washing your face?
Our recommendation is to apply our face moisturizer right after you have washed your face with our tea tree face wash.
Should I wet my hands before applying lotion?
Usually, people apply hand lotion to dry hands, but it's better to rub it in while your hands are still wet after washing them. Our skincare set includes the most essential hand care products for keeping your hands soft and supple.
Is hand wash better than soap?
In contrast to soap, foaming hand wash does not contain fats and alkaline additives. Using our soap-free hand wash breaks up dirt and oil on the skin and cleanses it. When it comes to dry or sensitive skin, soap-free hand wash is best.
How much lotion should I put on hands?
Usually, about the size of a quarter of our hand moisturiser is enough. For cracked skin, more hand lotion may be necessary as it is more severe than dry skin.

When will I receive my order?
We use Australia Post e-parcel, your order will be dispatched first working day after order placement. This means that you can expect a delivery in 2 to 4 days (depending on where in the country it is going), and up to 7 for Western Australia! We take great pride in our speedy & affordable service : )
Please note Australia Post does not operate on weekends and the above does not apply to weekend orders. Shipping deadlines are also subject to change depending on the season, so please make sure you're ordering in time for your event! Shipping during peak periods and holidays can be delayed by up to 48 hours for orders with Australia Post.

Unfortunately, we can not change any order information once your order has been processed. So contact us before the next business day to avoid any disappointment.
Please ensure the correct post codes are entered and if you're in an office building, please add your company name to avoid a package delay. If for any reason you do enter the wrong address, this can slow down delivery but Australia Post will eventually return it to us!

What if my package goes missing?
Australia Post has a 2-4 week time frame to find your package if it is lost or stuck in transit. If you are concerned, please let us know so we can lodge an investigation with Australia post and assign a case number for the missing parcel.
If the package was delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will happily resend it. But please be aware that there is a $9.99 postage fee for this service!
